The appearance by Trump came as a surprise to fans at the event since Tom Garfinkel, Miami Dolphins CEO and managing general partner of the F1 Miami Grand Prix, had not announced Trump’s attendance due to security and privacy reasons.
Trump has been a regular attendee at various sporting events, including UFC pay-per-view events and college football games, and he’s usually welcomed with cheers and ovations.
