In a recent interview on the Alex Jones Show, Roger Stone, a veteran of multiple national Republican campaigns, expressed strong confidence in Susie Wiles, a key figure in President Donald Trump’s campaign team. Stone reminisced about his long-standing professional relationship with Wiles, dating back to their efforts for Ronald Reagan against George H.W. Bush in 1988. He praised her management skills, particularly highlighting her role in Trump’s 2016 Florida campaign against Jeb Bush and Marco Rubio, whom he labeled as globalists.
Stone emphasized that the ultimate decisions within Trump’s campaign, especially controversial ones like vaccine policy, are made by Trump himself, not Wiles or other advisors. He clarified that Wiles does not own or hold a principal position at the public affairs firm Mercury and has never represented pharmaceutical companies or foreign nations.
Stone noted Wiles’ strategic acumen in political battles, praising her as a committed Christian and a tough, effective leader within the campaign. He concluded by underscoring her pivotal role in recent campaign successes in Iowa, New Hampshire, and Super Tuesday, reinforcing his high regard for her capabilities and integrity within the political landscape.
